Sensofusion owns and controls its entire value chain, from research and product development to manufacturing, customer relationships and aftermarket services. The company’s business model is not focused on customized projects, but rather on off-the-shelf products sold directly to end customers through a fixed pricing structure.
Sensofusion’s product portfolio has evolved from individual detection products into a comprehensive detect-to-defeat offering, covering the detection, location, identification, threat assessment and defeat of drones.
Hundreds of the company’s Airfence 7 and Airfence Mini products are currently in operational use around the world. The company’s revenue has primarily been generated from two products, Airfence 7 and Airfence Mini (since 2025), with the majority of revenue derived from Airfence 7. During the first half of 2026, approximately 98 percent of the company’s revenue was generated from product sales.
The company’s research and product development portfolio includes dozens of active development initiatives that are expected to further expand its detection capabilities and range of defeat solutions in the future. Among other initiatives, the company is preparing to launch the next-generation Airfence Mini 2 product into production.
