Sustainability at Sensofusion is built on environmental responsibility, social responsibility and good governance. These principles guide the company’s day-to-day operations and long-term value creation.
Environmental responsibility add
Sensofusion strives to minimize its environmental footprint and support sustainable operations, which is a key principle in the company’s day-to-day activities. This includes the responsible use of natural resources, the manufacture of high-quality and durable products, compliance with environmental legislation and active measures to reduce emissions and pollution. The company actively seeks more resource- and energy-efficient solutions in its business and takes its environmental impact into account, for example by recycling waste and reducing unnecessary travel by favoring virtual meetings.
Social responsibility add
Sensofusion ensures fair employment practices, freedom of association, and the prohibition of forced and child labor and requires its suppliers to adhere to similar principles. The company provides its employees with a safe and healthy working environment and promotes diversity, equality, and inclusion without discrimination or harassment.
Corporate governance add
The company is committed to good corporate governance through compliance with laws and regulations in all of its operations and to implementing recommendations of the Finnish Corporate Governance Code for listed companies issued by the Securities Market Association entered into force on 30 June 2026. The company’s governance complies with the company’s Articles of Association, Finnish legislation, in particular the Finnish Companies Act, the Finnish Accounting Act and securities markets legislation, as well as other decrees and regulations relevant to the governance of a public limited company. The company has a zero-tolerance policy towards corruption and bribery and has clear guidelines in place for their avoidance.
