Flagging notifications

Flagging notifications must be sent to the company by email to ir@sensofusion.com.

A flagging notification must be submitted whenever a shareholder’s holding or voting rights in a listed company reach, exceed, or fall below a disclosure threshold. The disclosure thresholds are 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 50%, two-thirds (2/3), and 90% of either the total voting rights or the total number of shares in the company. A shareholder must submit a flagging notification to both the company and the Financial Supervisory Authority using the flagging notification form available on the Financial Supervisory Authority’s website.

The flagging notification must be made without undue delay. Listed companies have an obligation to publicly disclose the shareholder’s notification.

Further information on the flagging obligation and the flagging notification to be submitted to the Financial Supervisory Authority is available on the Financial Supervisory Authority’s website.
