Managers' transactions
According to MAR, persons in management positions at Sensofusion and their close associates must notify both Sensofusion and the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority of all transactions conducted on their own account relating to the company's shares or other financial instruments. The notification must be made without delay and no later than three (3) business days after the execution of the transaction (T+3). Sensofusion shall publish the transaction notifications it receives through stock exchange releases without delay and no later than two (2) business days after receiving the notification.
The notification obligation applies to all transactions once the aggregate amount of EUR 20,000 has been reached within a calendar year. The threshold shall be calculated by aggregating, without netting, all transactions referred to in Article 19(1) of MAR carried out during the calendar year.
Persons serving in management positions at Sensofusion Plc are the members of company’s Board of Directors, the CEO, and the members of the leadership team.

Transactions must be reported through the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority's electronic services portal. The service can be accessed at https://asiointi.finanssivalvonta.fi/.

Submit the notification details to Sensofusion
Once the notification has been submitted to the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority, the details of the notification must be sent to Sensofusion without delay by email to ir@sensofusion.com.
